Is there really a smart card swap?

They are swapping out all the cards in the receivers on the account, not just the 6000 series or other series models that they are targeting, am I correct in saying this? I read where someone else stated this.

The only people with whom I've been in contact who received replacement cards
had a 6000 on the account. That's why I was asking others if they had any knowledge of subscribers receiving new cards who did not have a 6000 on the account. The 6000 had to get a new card because Dish stopped sending the Nagra 1 enryption for the HD channels.

I received a replacement card for my 6000. My 921 came with a yellow card. My 721 and 508 both have blue cards and I have not been issued replacement cards for either of them.
