Randomly my Joey 4 witll mess up. I select the guide and the bottom banner is missing as is the info in the right column about the selected program. Also, if I go to the DVR, it is blank. If I perform a reset on the joey 4, it will fix it for a while. I have attached a video file. I have had the joey 4s replaced several time. They are now going to replace them with joey 3s.
