I am helping my son-n-law with info for his Hopper 3 system upgrade. He lives out in the country about 15 miles east of San Angelo, Texas. He wants a Joey in his workshop that is detached about 60 feet from his home. Is there a problem if there is a coax for the Joey ran underground in a conduit from the home's head-end area out to the detached workshop? Also, the two inch conduit has AC cable in it for the workshop. Is it OK for the RG6 coax and AC cable to be in the same conduit? Thanks for any help.

You may get inductive noise using that same conduit. There is also a safety issue...

Thanks Bobby. Will there be any issues with a Joey in the detached workshop? He will be using the same DISH retailer from San Angelo that installed his 722s system a couple of years ago.

Who needs 4k in the workshop? Lol
In addition, the wireless Joey is nice to have for those unexpected or rare instances you would like to temporarily move an outlet to another location that does not have coax.
LOL, yep, I hear ya. He has coax at all locations in his home including the patio.

Anyone have a release date for the HopperGo?
