Joeys freezing when Ethernet is connected to hopper

The problem started last Friday. att fiber internet started working sporadically. At the same time my 3 joeys started freezing after a few minutes of playing. Hopper still works fine. Att replaced modem and internet seems to be working fine but still having same issue with joeys. They work fine without Ethernet cable connected to hopper but quit working after a couple of minutes when the Ethernet cable is plugged in. Any suggestions on what the problem could be?

On my Plus with Joey 4s I have both MOCA, and Ethernet connected to all and seems to be working.

Reset the network in the Hopper Network Settings so everything resets and reconnects
