KCHF-DT is only carry 3 subchannels

KCHF-DT is now only carry 3 subchannels ch. 11.1 Rel, 11.2 QVC and 11.3 QVC 2 all on rf ch 10.

While the sister station KNMQ-LD rf ch. 20 still carry pretty much the same except for some reason they dropped QVC 2.
