I was able to find the price increase for 2020, but I have not been able to find a chart or a list of the current fees for all the different DVRs and receivers that Dish offers. Can anyone provide this information?

To clarify the above, the Hopper Duo DVR fee is $10, but the fee for a second Duo is $15, just like any other Hopper's additional receiver fee. Also, Super Joey (which adds two tuners to a Hopper 1 or Hopper 2) is $10 per month.
I didn’t mention the Super Joey, because I thought they stopped using them on new installs. Am I wrong about that?
I am not sure how current this chart is, but it looks like they still use them on Hopper installs for people with really bad credit who need to hook up 4 TV's.

VERY rarely, we still get Super Joey installs and we scratch our heads wondering... why??
That looks great! That should be a stickieI tweaked your chart, to hopefully make it a little easier to read and understand.
