Local Channels question from a newb

I've been trying to get local channels . but according to their site I can get fox nbc and upn. the channels I want are ABC and CBS i was told to contact the local station and get a waiver but the local stations won't sign a waiver.

Am I SOL ?

Even if you get a waiver, you are sol with Dish since they are not allowed to supply oout of market locals. Ypu should check into All American Direct.

Dish's website still has not been updated. It still lists the WB and UPN as available channels.
