Does anyone know if Spotbeam #2 for 61.5 reaches Syracuse NY?

According to the spotbeam map Syracuse is within the red line, not sure if this means that we would get reception. Any advice would be appreciated. SatelliteGuys.US - Subscription 61.5°W

See what signal strengths you receive for transponders 5, 9, 11, and 13 on 61.5W. Those appear to be the Ts for that beam.

Sorry to keep asking questions, but I am not sure what T's are and how to check the strength of the transponder. Can you please advise me on how I can do that.

Go to Menu 6 - 1 - 1. Change to the 61.5 satellite. Check the listed transponders for signal strength. If you can lock the TP (transponder), it should change the heading to spotbeam.
