Locals through cable question.

Hello, I still get my local channels through cable (comcast) because it makes the internet cheaper than internet alone. Is there anyway for me to have these put through the receivers I have? (522 and a 625 and a 311) Do any of these receivers have some type of a switch in them? I'm assuming the would not show in the guide obviously nor could I DVR them, but I'm considering "moving" to get distant channels, but would like to keep the Boston locals I have now as well. Any ideas or questions let me know! Thanks!!!

Your Dish receivers cannot accept cable TV signals so you cannot do what you are describing.

Alrighttttttttt I just didnt want to have to get up and flip the A/B switch, would be nice if there was something built right into the remote

If you hook the rf into the antenna/cable in on the back of the receiver, they will pass through when the receiver is turned off. They will not pass through the rca/s-video connections.
