Looking for HTL-HD as part of Directv Sign-up Offer

I'm looking for a Hughes HTL-HD receiver as part of a Directv Sign-up offer. I've been searching the internet for a couple of days without success. I would like to be able to get this receiver, along with a dish for a 1-year sign-up agreement. I have heard people refer to getting a similar offer, but am not aware of where they might have gotten it. Some prices I've heard range from $350 - $450. Please advise if you know where to get this deal. Thanks.
