loss of audio with HWS

I have recently experienced loss of audio with HWS and Samsung Q90R.

I have to un plug the hdmi cable from the 1 connect box & the plug it back it in, then the sound returns

Have you tried turning on or off HDMI-CEC in the Hopper?

no I haven't...how is that done

if that was the cause...wouldn't it cause this problem every time the tv was turned on?

Menu > Settings > Remote Control > Advanced > HDMI-CEC

The HDMI-CEC works in mysterious ways with different TV's. I'd try it to see if it makes any difference.
