Chris_H looks like he was on his days off, so I called today at 6:15pm and talked to Ben. Within 10 minutes he se me up with the H3 install for the $10 (added protection plan) - $2 for returning the H1 so for $8 I get the upgrade.
And gravy on gravy, his first opening was tomorrow from 8-12, Now that's service!
I'll post the findings here, including WAF factor to the new Carbon UI!
