YEP!! For many years, they have been more or less fighting in the same weight class. While Pacquiao was fighting tougher, YOUNGER, better fighters....Mayweather faught has beens, never weres and old guys with nothing left.

It really seems kinda strange to me? Take the test and get the biggest pay day ever! Or don't take it and what? Fight a lesser opponent and WAY less money? Something just don't seem right?
