The LG Blu-Ray players (like my HD570) also include the MLB.TV app. My chances of buying MLB.tv next year just went way up.

(Not fond of watching on the computer, but app on the TV works good.)

Roku offers MLB.com...stream it on your flat screen...worked well this season.
Most boxes, including game consoles, now do this.

I am a DirecTV sub and have subbed to EI through them for the last few years. Next year I think I too may cancel EI and watch MLB.TV through my PS3. This will also allow me to watch it on any computer as well and for less money than EI

Why not just pay $7 for the sports pack. Many games worth watching in the 9th go over the scheudled time, due to either close play or rain delays, and Dish restores the channel. I watched many of Mets games because of these issues. However, this isn't full proof.

East Coast Feeds for the west coast

Is the German channels just on satellite 118.7?
