Moving from Colorado to New Mexico

We currently get the Denver locals on our single lnb and our old JVC model 2700 receiver. We only spend 5 months in Colorado and then return home to Las Cruces, NM. When Denver was Conus there was no problem getting the Bronco games. Can I move to some city other than Las Cruces(gets the El Paso, TX locals which show Dallas) in New Mexico so I can get the Albuquerque locals which show the Bronco games and then in the summer move back to Colorado? If that is possible, could I upgrade my receiver and get Albuquerque and Denver locals in HD?

Albuquerque is not Conus, move to SE NM or Ruidoso... KRQE pretty much has all the Broncos games, KASA will have the Cowboys...

What do you mean Albuquerque is not CONUS? Where the hell is it if it's not in the Continental United States, namely New Mexico?

Of course you can move there but if the spot beam doesn't reach you, you won't see anything anyway....

Albuquerque spot is on 129 TP10 S35. Look at 129 TP 10 on your receiver in Las Cruces, if it has good signal, you can move north to Soccorro or T or C and receive the Albuquerque feed.

http://satmaps.satelliteguys.us/home/ciel-2-129w-sb35-new-mexico seems to indicate you will be able to receive the New Mexico spot.
