need help transmitting audio wirelessly

I know there are some very smart people who visit this site I want to transmit dvd audio to fm reciever about 40 ft away and on a different level of the house I would like to know if this is possible or am i dreaming thanks for any and all help JAYCEE 4dtv 8ft. solid dish coolsat 4000
