Need help with my Netflix App on Joey 4

Here is my issue I have the Hopper Plus and a Joey 4. For the most part it has been rock solid the last 2 years. A few weeks ago the Netflix app on the Joey 4 will open up but not load any program the circle just spins and stays at 0 percent. Then an error message pops up saying not connected to the internet. This despite YouTube, Disney and Amazon all working fine. A reset of the Joey 4 solves the problem until you use another app then try to go back. If working at end of night it won't work in the morning after the nightly update. On the Hopper Plus TV it works. What I have done with no success.

Reset the Joey 4 and Hopper Plus both through the menu and power cord reset.

Cleared Netflix Cache through the Joey 4 menu and the Hopper Plus menu

Uninstalled updates through the Joey 4 Menu

Forced update of the Hopper Plus Software

Unplugged my modem, WiFi router and switch

What am I missing?
