NESN Blackout of Bruins?

I live in the NESN RSN area (upper maine) and am now getting the bruins blacked out when i didn't last year. My dad with direct had the same issue but called them and they got it turned on for him. Now the E* CSR is being an a$$ and first tried telling me that everything within 100 miles of boston was blacked out which of course I'm not. Then he called "someone" and came back and told me everything outside of 100 miles is blacked out.

Anybody else in new england having this problem? Is is just a CSR problem or is it NESN or NHL making new rules? Maybe NHL trying to force more CI subscriptions?

well got off the phone with CSR #2 who was really nice (too bad the first guy was such a jerk). She said there was no reason for the blackout and had to send an outhorization and bingo, it's back on. too bad all CSR's are so helpful.
