Netflix buffering issue on 3 joey's?? (1 Viewer)

Hello everyone. I have a Hopper 3 with 3 Joey's. When we watch Netflix is works flawlessly. When we watch on any of the Joey's, the programs will be ok for about 5 or 10 minutes and start to buffer and get stuck at either 25% or 98, 99%. I have a 300mb fiber connection. I've checked the signal strength on the Hopper and it's great, so what would be causing this to happen on all 3? Bad splitter? I'm clueless and I've hard reset all 3 of them and still the same. Ran all the test on the Hopper and no errors or red x's.
