New HD pack question

Hi,

Does anyone know if it's possible to order the America's Top 120 value pack with HBO and Cinemax for $59.99 and get all the HD channels?
If so, how much extra will it cost?

no, the price would be

Dish HD Silver Value Pack - $79.99

and $5 if you want locals

breaking that price down it's AT120 $39.99, HD $20, HBo/Cin $20

That's what I figured but the problem is when you visit the order page, they don't have a HD Silver Value pack option. They just have the AT120 Value Pack option and the HD Silver option and no separate HD stand alone channel option.
Would people recommend I order from the Dish website order page, or call them Dish directly, or order through the Dish Store or another SatGuys Gold Sponsor?
