I don't really care for the guy hosting it, he reminds me of a TV Preacher as he smiles way too much.

They are wasting all kinds of space on the screen, I would add a crawl on the bottom that tells you all the latest DISH Network news on the bottom. So this way not only can you learn about DISH Network on top, but learn whats new or happening now on DISH Network as well. The crawl should have info on free previews, new channels, channel moves, new deals for customers, etc...

Actually, that did have some truly useful information regarding changes or new features on Dish Network. Far more useful.
