Out of the blue yesterday, I received a box from Dish with a tin of Mrs. Fields cookies inside. And a handwritten note. Very nice surprise and a nice gesture from Dish.

Only thing I can think of is that I had a cancellation scheduled but later decided to stay. I went down from an H3 to a Wally + EHD

My 6 month 1/2 price deal for Starz, Showtime, Cinemax, and Dish Movies came to an end. I called to see if I could renew them and was only allowed to do Showtime and Starz. They offered me HBO and Cinemax for $5 for 3 months but at the end you would lose the $10 HBO deal. I refused the HBO/Cinemax deal. A couple days later l get a free movie rental certificate. The phone call saved $66.99.

Mrs. Fields Cookies!!!!! Now that is about the best free gift Dish could ever give me. In fact, instead of a discount each month for the next year, I would certainly take the Mrs Field's chocolate chip cookies for each month for a year! . Yum, yum. I do think Mrs. Fields beats out a free low end model Roku .

I just passed 22 years (June of 1996) of continuous service with Dish. Since Mrs. Fields Cookies are high-sugar, I'd like the paleo option with a box of Omaha Steaks, please...
