No info available

For the last several days, my iPad dish remote access shows "no info available" under the tv episode icon for any items scheduled to be recorded on my 922. Why? Also, many of the timers weren't honored (even though the timers are still there) and no event is being scheduled. To get an event scheduled, I had to add a duplicate timer, and now only some, but not all, show "no info available. Any ideas on why this is happening? Thx.
 
Scott, your suggestion worked. This seemed to cause a download of the program guide. Thx...... When does the program guide update normally get downloaded. I've never had to turn my 922 off before to force an updated program guide download. Anyway, it worked and I am happy.....
 
Sounds like something in the meory was corrupted.

On the 922 the guide data (and other stuff) is downloaded when TV2 is not being used.

I would give that a shot.


And if a reset doesn't give you the epg back in the future. then if you clear the sat matrix and reset and get sat matrix back it will prompt a full dl of the epg.
