Dish told me they are aware and working on it when I contacted then about it a while ago.

Yep, it is indeed a known issue that is being worked on. Not doubting you, just saying I received a message from above saying the same thing.

If people are experiencing this: Call in, tell the CSR what is happening, and tell them that it is a known issue, to search for it in "known product issues", and to please add a "+1" with your account info loaded. That will give engineering more info about who is affected, and that can help.

Actually just called Dish. They told me to reset my Hopper and that worked to bring in the onDemand.
