According to the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI), all the OTT services (except Crackle) ranked higher than any of the traditional services. With many of these services, it's comparing apples and oranges, and data is certainly skewed by lumping YouTube TV with YouTube and lumping regular Hulu with Hulu Live TV. But it's interesting to see the overall satisfaction with streaming (76) over traditional (62).

For the second year in a row, Netflix saw the highest score of any streaming service at 79 (+1%). Other streaming services like Amazon Prime Video (76), CBS All Access (75), and HBO (74), Starz (72), and Showtime (71) were also rated as part of the index.

The Video Streaming Service category averaged 76 across all services, which was significantly higher than traditional subscription television services which averaged 62 for the second year in a row.

Off-topic, but DirecTV went from 64 to 66, but somehow that is a 3% increase?
