Lost all pandora channles on my laptop and on my phone. how to get them back?

There's only one Pandora channel on SiriusXM: Pandora Now (Sirius channel 3).

Have you tried the Pandora app?

I think what he is referring to is the channels labeled XTRA. Sirius considers those Pandora channels. If you lost them, they may have moved them out of your package. I know they removed a lot of the sports channels to the higher package recently.
You might have to call them to see why.

Sirius considers the XTRA channels to be their ad-free music channels. There's no stated or implied connection with Pandora.
