Pathway X2- Eastern Arc

We are camping in Florida (Daytona) going into the menu at set up I select eastern arc but it always finds the western arc sat's. I have a much better tree hole for eastern.
Also the locals say no signal even tho I have 40-53 signal on all 3 birds.
Suggestions?
Spotting holes using Winegard sat app
 
Can't address the Pathway X2 looking for the EA satellites.

As for the Locals, did you change your Service Address to your location. That is needed to active the Locals for that location in the receiver.
 
yes service address has been changed, Daytona locals are there this AM.
which also means I'm getting all three birds in western arc, had to put antenna on the roof to do it though.
Had a good view of eastern arc from the ground.
Still want to figure out why antenna won't search for eastern arc.
