Picture freeze on TV2 - 722

I'm a week into having Dish (left Direct) and I'm having problems with the TV2 picture on my 722 freezing and going blank. This happens multiple times throughout the day and will stay frozen for up to an hour if I do not reset. I've called Dish and they say this happens. Do any of you have these problems or does this sound like a problem with my particular receiver? I also cannot get my OTA locals to show up on TV2. Any suggestions or help? Thanks
