how about cities who roll up the streets around 3 on Saturday and arent open on Sunday?

The town my uncle lives in pretty much everything closes on Saturday by 3 (except for the gas station) and arent even open on Sundays.
The grocery store is open until 6 on Saturday and 9-1 on Sunday.

Nearest bigger town is 1/2 hour away
