I'm about to purchase this package .. Will I be paying an additional monthly payment for the DVR service? Or is it included w/ the $49.95? .....

is there any way to get this package cheaper? I live in northeastern PA

I have that package and it's 72.99 per month. It is the price plus HD, plus DVR.
