PocketDish Question

I saw on WOOT (www.woot.com) they have an Archos AV700 40GB 7" Portable Media Player for $294 shipped.

Is this the same as the PocketDish? Or does the PocketDish have some sort of Flash on it to work with the Dish receivers?

Wow, it was tempting at that price (and I already have the AV500e).

I use it more for playing home made xvids then direct dish transfer so perhaps could live without the E* version.

Been seeing these around. geeks.com has had the Archos units too. Looks like they are being liquidated now that the new models are out.
