Hi!

Just wonder if it is possible to take clean LNB-signal
( before it gos to a STB receiver )and pass it to the lan,
and then pick it up at another place on the lan to pass to a STB-receiver?.
Or in some way transmit wireless this signal.

You wonder why Im will do that, it is because Im cant have dish on my balcony, wrong side to a satellite.

Thank you

Regards

I have never seen such a product, but it would sell like hotcakes, me thinks.

The closest thing would be the Slingbox, which connects to a recevier, and streams the video over a network, so you could have the dish, reciever, and slingbox in one location, while watching it from a remote location.

I think your best bet would be to run a long coax to where you need to go.. since you would have to run a long ethernet cable anyways :)
