Posting Problems??

Is anyone else having problems posting.

When I try to post it keeps telling me I have to wait 30 seconds to wait to post. I even waited 5 minutes between one post and it still started me at 30 seconds then it double post.

I have had no problems. Try clearing your cache and cookies, close and reopen your browser and try to post again
