I have that 7.5' Quad Star with a good actuator just sitting there not doing anything and I'm thinking about moving the 10' Unimesh behind the house for better 5g mitigation. Yes I have a 90cm dish on an SG2100 but that thing sucks.....

It will probably give you a Ku RX gain of about 46 dB, roughly 7 to 8 dB better than your 90 cm.

I would do it.

Everyone else's mileage may vary.

People do use Ku-band prime focus LNBFs on C-band prime focus dishes, and it can work well for certain applications — especially for receiving weak or fringe Ku-band signals. However, it requires precise alignment, and the performance depends on the dish quality and installation accuracy.
