Problem added 3rd receiver to dp34

Hi, i'm having problem with my setup. I have Dish500 with DP Twin LNFB that pickup 119/110 then a dish300 with dual dp lnbf that pick up 61.5. All going to DP34 switch. Previously i had two dp301-015 irds hookedup everything working ok.
Now i'm trying to add dvr501 to the 3rd ird port when i do a switch test it only picks up 119 then after few tests it picks up 61.5, It doesn't pick up 110 at all. Sometimes 61.5 looses signal when watching those channels. Other 2 irds are working great. Is this my dvr problem?
here is my setup diagram, is this diagram suppose to run 4 IRDs with no problems?

try putting your 501 in place of your 301 and see what happens, if it works that way then it may be your cable or even the 34 switch, been finding more and more that seem to be show a short on different ports

I haven't read this section of the forum in a long time , but I do recall some installers running into this before.
It may have been a year ago or longer.
So, some of them may remember the fix.

Also, the 501 has been known to have a problem with the tuner.
