hey all

2 quick questions as i'm preparing to order (had to cancel initial order)

If I go with 622 and HD programming, can I switch to non-HD down the road and use the same equipment?

Also, what exactly does using a club dish reference get me? Free activation (with 18 month contract) and $49.99 off my first bill?

If you lease the 622 you are required to keep an HD package. If you buy it you can have whatever you want.

If you do not have an HD pack, isn't there an "enabling" fee?

Correct, there is. But that is only an issue if you own it. If you lease you must have a HD (metal) pack.
