Programming question

I currently have the HD Gold package, a 622 and a 625. I pay $17 extra each month for the 2 DVR fees and the extra receiver. If I upgrade to the HD Platinum package would I still pay the DVR and extra receiver fees? It seems like I've read in the past that there is no DVR or extra receiver fee for the Platinum package, but I can't remember.

So, if my bill currently is:

$75 HD Gold + locals
$12 DVR fees
$5 extra receiver
$12 Starz

Total = $104 plus tax

If I upgrade to the platinum package I would be looking at:

$105 HD Platinum + Locals
$5 extra receiver

Total = $110 plus tax?
