they can report back all activity on the receiver for the last 48 hours. i'm not saying they do it. just that they can...

if you look at the amount of time they are connected to the 'home' server, there really isn't time for much info to be reported.
 
unless the receiver is hooked to something (phone line or internet) they cant check if you ordered Hustler in HD

It would be funny if you did order Hustler and the receiver not only reported back, but provided DISH the live video of you "watching" the channel itself.:behindsofa:
