We have both NBC and CBS in HD....I see that Directv has NBC, CBS, and FOX but not ABC.....wht could be the issues with not getting all 4??? Does anyone know?

Usually disagreements over carriage rates, i.e., how much the station or station owners want from E* or D* for allowing them to carry the station on satellite.
I have read that they do have an agreement with Fox (WFXI) & ABC (WCTI) already in place. Someone that works as a network engineer has said they are trying to complete a direct link for them so they can carry these channels. So hopefully soon? 
Thanks for the response I knew that problems were initially a problem but crimpshrine answered my question directly. Let's hope before the Daytona 500 we will have HD then on FOX....
