question from first timer

I just got set up with a Super Dish and a DP301 yesterday. I have a simple question: Is it recommended to keep the power on overnight on the box, or to shut it off?

By shut it off do you mean unplug or push power button? Pushing the power button puts it in standby and allows updates to be done automaticly. pushing the power button to turn off at night is recommended. Unplugging every night is not.
