guys we recently cut the cord on cable, and started using digital over air, along with plex, and kodi media client. I was using a 4 element yagi, that is tuned for 144 mgz for the 2 meter ham band, I had no problems getting 35.1-35.4 all of a sudden with the change of a antenna, built a 8 element from scratch roughly cut for channel 20 and I am not able to get 35 for the life of me but I am able to get channel 3 which is using rf channel 39. am I missing something here or is that channel gone off air, I know they was moving cw to channel 3.

You've got about a doz. LOS channels using Guyton, GA. Maybe you should just invest in a TV antenna

As nothing but the antenna appears to have changed, I'd say you've failed in your antenna design and/or construction.

Given that the PBS stations are considerably off-axis, a less directional solution may be desired.
