1. Am I allowed to have 3 VIP622's if I buy the two additional ones from a dealer? Will I own the ones I buy from a dealer?

2. What is a good 4x8 or 5x8 multiswitch for the Dish 1000?

3. With any leased equipment from E*, does that lease include repair/replacement should something go wrong with the equipment?

Not sure about about maximums, but I believe there should be no problem if you purchase the receivers.

As to the switch, your best bet is to get a DPP 44 switch. With that, you can hook up to 4 receivers. Irregardless if they're dual-tuner or not. One line will feed your dual-tuner and then split off at the separator into two lines.
