Quick Pricing Question

I only have two TVs in the house so the 622 would handle both TVs...thinking of going to the HD Silver Package. According to one of the stickys in the forums, I came up with this price...please confirm.

$ 5.99 Local Channels
$ 6.00 622 Lease Fee
$ 5.98 DishPlayer DVR Fee

$77.96 + tax / month


Do I really have to pay a 622 Lease Fee AND a DVR Fee? I only pay something like $5/month for my current SD DVR (think it's a 521)...and no lease fee. My bill will almost be doubling from my current bill...just seems like they are milking you for all you have on these monthly fees.

There is a lease fee under the Dish-n-it up program. You can get the the HDSilver/Locals for 64.99 and save a buck. Yes you have lease fee and DVR fee with the silver package. The DVR fee is waived with the platinum. DOn't forget to keep a phone line connected to your receiver or there will be a $5.00 charge.

Thanks for the info. I have no reason to get the platinum package...so I will be paying the DVR fee.
