RCN Calls For Penalty On NFL Network Simulcast

While the NFL was ironing out contract issues with three local stations that had broadcast rights for the big primetime game between the New England Patriots and New York Giants on Dec. 29, at least one NFL Network affiliate is unhappy that the contest is being simulcast by NBC and CBS.
