I appologize if this has already come up but I found no reference to it. November newsletter made ref to "soon your entire lineup will be HD" of course they did not elaborate as usual but on the face of that sounds ludricous. Any thoughts or direction to thread where discussed?

Whether it sounds ludicrous or not entirely depends on the definition of "soon". In other words, it means nothing.

Santa is coming with the new DVR and magic HD dust for our dishes. Seriously, in Jan. when the rates go up and if there is no DVR in sight I am dropping a grand for the DirecTV HD DVR. That's about the extra amount I paid this year to carry both since Voom has no DVR.
