Reds & Netflix

I ordered "Reds" from Netflix and only received the one disk...which says the movie continues on disk 2.

After quite a bit of searching I found place to email Netflix and got back a stock reply. Now I see another movie on my list is shipping ...NOT Red disk 2.

I'm not sure what to do...send the one back and re-order and hope I get both disks?

I've never had a problem with Netflix so I was surprized how almost impossible it is to contact them.

What do you think?

The same here. Watched the first half of Reds. :D

Do they ever send the second disc? What if it only has extras? Just wondering.
(Personaly, I am very happy with NetFlix so far. And this "Reds" glitch won't spoil it for me. But I do hope they have a solution for two-disc sets. )

I love Netflix and this is my first hiccup, but I'm not going to watch one disk without knowing I'll get the second one.

I thought when I sent another movie back, I'd get the second disk of Reds since it's in my queue but I got the next title.

Maybe I'll hold this first disk hostage! :)
