remotes (both ir and uhf) stopped working on 722

Very Strange problem, The remotes have stopped working on the 722.
I can hit the menu on the box and see that the channel is set to 11, I have confirmed remote is set to 11. I have hard rebooted several time. Neither the IR or UHF remote works. I can log in to DO and set recordings. The Iphone remote app works!! pausing and jumping forward. I am stumped. Any help appreciated.

Are you doing a button reboot or are you pulling the plug for 30 seconds or more?

New batteries in both remotes?

I have done both Button reboot and pulled the plug, yes fresh batteries. And thank you for the fast reply!

Nevermind....... The remote antenna was pulled from the back. I thought the tv1 remote was IR must have been uhf. Whew.
