What programming comes in on sat 129?

some Nat'l HD (also duplicated at 61.5)
some minor locals (ones that are currently on 148 or 61.5 these are mirrored on 129)
HD LIL for some areas

My dish500 gets 110 and 119. will i get hd programming, i.e. HBO HD, from these?

yes, but not the 7 channels they added on 2/1. Any upgrade to HD programming will have your dish replaced w/ a dish 1000, unless your market can't see 129, which is not Atlanta, because the locals are currently uplinked there
