I am 19 days before my 73rd birthday

Cokes were still a nickel in the machines when I started high school in 1958. The next year they started going up as newer coin mechanisms and machines were introduced.

Our main TV is a 77" Sony OLED. I believe that's as good as it's going to get at least from 4 years ago when I bought the Tv. Hoping with that with that tv and an upgrade to the Hopper 3 from the Hopper 2 that the picture will improve?

the 162 inch t.v. that came with our house is made by a company called AWALL.. it's a micro LED set.... sorry it smokes OLED'S all day long . it does a great job at up converting. 50's shows look like there in HD no video fuzz as well as 70's shows

I'm not sure how that is a fair comparison. It says your 162" Tv wall retails for $37,000 plus vs a 77" $3,000 OLED?? I would hope for that kind of money that it would be better. Can you put of a pic of your tv wall setup?

OLED'S don't have the brightness that LED'S and MICRO LEDS do!!! from a price point i don't think it's fair from a tech point i do think it's fair.. OLEDS were never for bright rooms

AGREE!!! though they have software built in to prevent things like burn in's.. but still our OLED is 5 years old no issues,,, and with RGB LED becoming a thing OLED will be history

Sad but true. I had such high hopes for OLED. I guess they never got the "ink jet" printing method to work.

Yes, I know, OLED is used on smartphones.

It just works better and has more features.

And one of the features that I never appreciated was the INFO button that leaves a nice inset video running while you figure out title/date/cast info. Or cast dates. On streaming channels, I have many times tried to figure out what actor was in a movie I was watching and before I got that info, I had completely lost the movie on whatever streaming service I was on. Boo hiss.

I think the cheapeast gas I ever bought myself was 28c/gal. As a boy, I remember a McDonald's hamburger for 15c and a cheeseburger for 18c.

the cheapest I bought was 38cents in 1973. But as a boy when my father bought gas it was 18 cents in the late 50"s
