I took it seriously at first Digiblur, I jumped for joy. But woke up and realized it's April Fools and now I'm even angrier at Dish Network and switching to Direct TV when my contract is up with Dish, we will never get RSN's in HD. We should all threaten to drop them and e-mail ceo@echostar.com and put the heat on E to carry RSN's on HD.

I'm joining you.

My contract ends in November, and I'm doing the same thing. I'm tired of the way E treats their customers and don't care, especially major sports fans. I'm tired of talking to someone from India, instead of Denver. They never know what's going on with their service or programming.

Don't always count on anything you see in the uplink report, their not press releases, their just some billy bob jones in the uplink room feeding a video tables with content.

At this point in time....there's no doubting if you are a sports nut go to D*, if you're an HD nut go to E*.

Definitely dont count on it thats for sure. I take it as a "possible hint of things to come". Will see where E* and D* are at in October before making any decision. If I were baseball nut i might be walking now.

Yeah, go ahead and do that .... they know damn well that out of 10 people who "threaten" to quit over a non-issue like this, only ONE at the most will follow through. In the meantime, Dish will sign up a new customer to replace the one who just quit.
